EVOSYS Receives Finalist Award

EVOSYS Receives Finalist Award

Evosys received a finalist award at the grand finale of the 30th “Großer Preis des Mittelstandes 2024” competition. Evosys made it into the top 6 finalists from Bavaria and was honored with a trophy. Thanks to its core competences in plastics technology, laser technology, optics, digitalization and mechanical engineering, Evosys has established itself in the field of laser plastic welding. One example is the Next-Generation Optics technology and the patented Advanced Quasi-Simultaneous Welding (AQW) process, which enable productivity increases of up to 50 %.

Through targeted cooperation with regional technical universities, research institutes and strategic partners such as DCT in China and Intego, numerous technological advances have been achieved. In the last five years, turnover and the number of employees have doubled and more than 100 future-proof jobs have been created. In addition to the technical modernization, the IT infrastructure was also transformed to energy-saving technology. Furthermore, investments are made in a modern ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)-system and plans for a CRM (Customer-Relationship-Management)-system to optimize sales and the introduction of a cloud system for design are underway.

With a commitment to social responsibility and sustainability, Evosys contributes to improving society. The company supports social projects and promotes voluntary work by its employees. Evosys also attaches great importance to the health of its employees through occupational health management, including free medical check-ups and sports activities. The HR policy includes communication via various channels, including social media, to familiarize potential new employees with the corporate culture and technology. “Involving employees in the entire development of state-of-the-art technologies and processes allows them to experience the effects of their commitment directly,” commented Managing Director Frank Brunnecker.
