Laser Drilling for Precise Sieves and Filters

Laser Drilling for Precise Sieves and Filters

MeKo Manufacturing e. K., a specialist in precision manufacturing, leverages advanced laser technology to produce filters, sieves and perforated plates. The laser perforation process at MeKo allows accurate machining of various materials such as steel, stainless steel and ceramics.

With hole diameters starting at 15 micrometers, laser technology meets requirements that are often unattainable with conventional methods. Due to its precision and high perforation speed, both the tiniest and large holes, ranging from micrometer to millimeter sizes, can be produced efficiently. Additionally, this technology is highly flexible: MeKo processes a variety of part geometries, including plates, cylinders, hollow bodies and more complex shapes, providing custom solutions for any application.

This flexibility allows the development and production of filters, sieves and perforated plates to be optimized while simultaneously reducing production costs. Alongside technical implementation, MeKo emphasizes close collaboration with its customers to efficiently and application-specifically meet individual requirements. Whether in medical technology or industrial applications, the combination of over
30 years of experience and cutting-edge laser technology makes MeKo® a reliable partner for high-precision solutions.
